1.     DIET FOOD

3.     ORGANIC FOOD 

The word organic refers to the process of manufacturing specific foods.

Organic foods without the use of artificial chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or genetically modified organisms have been cultivated or farmed.

A food product should not include artificial food additives if it is to be labelled organic.

Organic plants are used in order to promote plant development through the use of natural fertilisers like manure. Also, no antibiotics or hormones are provided to organically reared animals.


 How to know if you are buying organic? 

An organic certification scheme has been set up by the Department of Agriculture of the United States.

This implies that every farmer or food manufacturer that sells organic foods must comply with rigorous regulatory requirements.

It's crucial to seek for a USDA organic stamp if you decide to go organic.

  1.        100% Biological: this product consists completely of organic components.
  2.         Organic: 95% or more of the components are organic in this product.
